WEST COAST WORKOUT
Our method of training was designed for effectiveness, time efficiency, safety, variety and the creation of a healthy physique. This method of training is based on the creator, Tammy Stokes' "Hollywood" training style. This style dismisses muscle isolation training and uses fuller body techniques resulting in an overall sculpted body design. They are "all in one" workouts which combine cross-training techniques with heart-rate elevation, muscle recruitment and range of motion training. These workouts are for today's busy world giving clients the most effective workout for their time and money.

Best of the WEST
A 55 minute complete, well-balanced workout of West Coast's all time favorite classes. Class begins with a LIFT warm-up and flows into Interval training with the ball. Upon completion of the cardio portion, the workout sculpts, tones and lengthens with BARRE work. This is a ROCKING, FUN class perfect for advanced clients as well as newcomers. An excellent class choice to introduce new clients to West Coast Workout Studios.
West Coast INTERVAL
West Coast Interval is a combination of two of our most popular workouts. The first half of the class is the West Coast Core for intense cardio training. The second half of the class is West Coast Barre for maximum body sculpting. You get the best of both in this one hour workout.
West Coast BENCH INTERVAL
A 55 min. cardio and strength building class using the custom West Coast Workout benches. The bench is a tool to incorporate the core muscles in a unique way by adding variation and angles that cannot be achieved on the floor. It begins with a 10 minute cardio and strength based warm up, mostly performed on the floor. The workout continues to sculpt, condition and tone on and around the bench. Class ends in a blissful stretch. A complete and balanced workout for those wanting a new challenge. This class is suitable for all levels of fitness.
West Coast LIFT
LIFT was designed for women. It is a sexy, workout that contains high kick routines to create a long, lean appearance to the core and lower body. Two-pound weights and heart rate elevation shape the upper body creating non-masculine results. This workout transforms normal into knockout, in no time.
West Coast BARRE
West Coast Barre is a blend of ballet, pilates, yoga postures and strength training all from a standing position at the barre. It was created for all those who want to achieve a dancer's body without all the fancy choreography.
West Coast Body STRENGTH
Clients excel their training time working at peak levels to maximize results. WCW trainers give their undivided attention to the core group of clients. Training consists of material that is not covered in classes. Personal attention, maximized time, peak performance of WCW training methods and an unbeatable price for premium results. Training uses customized equipment designed for West Coast Workout.
West Coast Body LENGTH
Clients excel their training time working at peak levels to maximize results. WCW trainers give their undivided attention to the core group of clients. Training consists of material that cannot be performed in large class sizes. Clients get the best of West Coast Barre and dance cardio routines in every West Coast Body Length training session. Training uses customized equipment unique to West Coast Workout.
