OUR METHOD

Our method of training was designed for the experienced exerciser. Our workouts are effective, time efficient, safe, full of variety and center around creating physically fit bodies. Based on the creator, Tammy Stokes’ years of working in “Hollywood,” we use full body techniques resulting in an authentic body design. Our “all in one” workouts combine cross-training with heart-rate elevation, muscle recruitment and range of motion exercises.
